General Information- By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.- Prices and availability are subject to change.- I do not provide physical copies of the artwork; commissions are digital files only.- I retain the rights to post the commissioned artwork on my social media and present it as a commission example in the future.

2. Payment- All payments are made via paypal
- If you are the from india , payments can be also made through UPI- 30% payment is required after the rough sketch is finished. (it will display the rough idea of the drawing)- the price listed for the commission are base price, thou the final price of the commission may vary on the complexity and time required to complete it.

3. Process & Turnaround- Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and my schedule. Estimated completion time will be discussed before payment.- I will provide updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, colors).- If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you.- Emergency commissions or rushed commissions will be charged extra.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee- Revisions before the final artwork is completed wont require any additional charges.- No refunds will be given. if you are not satisfied with the final work after its done, you have 2 chances for revision to make changes in the art.Significant revisions beyond the original scope may require an additional fee.- Clients should communicate feedback clearly to ensure the best result.

5. Refund Policy- Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances.- If the sketch is completed and the 30% deposit has been paid, it will not be refunded.- Once the final artwork is delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Usage & Rights- Personal Use: You can use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (e.g., social media, profile pictures, printing for personal use).- Commercial Use: If you intend to use the artwork for profit (merchandise, advertisements, etc.), an additional commercial fee applies.- Credit: You must credit me when sharing the artwork (e.g., “Art by @cheiropy ”).- No NFTs or AI Training: My work cannot be used for NFTs, AI datasets, or any related purposes.- No Alterations After Delivery: Buyers are not allowed to make any changes to the artwork after it has been handed over. Alterations may compromise the quality of the piece and affect the artist’s reputation.

7. Prohibited Content- I will NOT create artwork that includes:
Hate speech, offensive material, or anything promoting harm.- Copyrighted characters (unless you have permission).- Excessively complex designs beyond my skill level.

8. Communication- All communication will be through Email , if things need to be disccused in details, contact via discord or instagram. My ID is @cheiropy everywhere.- If I do not receive a response for an extended period, I may put the commission on hold.
